Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ppc.ph website (the "Site"), operated by Palconit Digital Marketing Services, a sole proprietorship registered in Manila, Philippines ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing the Site you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the site

Content on the Site — including text, graphics, and layout — is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice for your specific situation. You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to:

• Attempt to interfere with, disable, or disrupt the Site or any server or network connected to it
• Use automated tools to scrape content beyond what is permitted by our robots.txt
• Misrepresent your identity in any form submission
• Use the Site in violation of any applicable law

2. Free PPC audit

We offer a complimentary written audit of your Google, Meta, LinkedIn, or Microsoft Ads account to qualified inquirers. Participation is subject to our review; we may decline to audit any account at our discretion (for example, if your ad spend is below our minimum threshold, if you operate in a restricted industry, or if we believe the engagement is not a good mutual fit). Submitting the audit form does not create a client relationship.

3. Client engagements

Paid service engagements are governed by a separate Statement of Work ("SOW") signed by both parties before work begins. The SOW sets out scope, deliverables, fees, term, termination terms, and confidentiality. These Terms apply to Site use only and do not override or replace your SOW if one exists.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including the ppc.ph wordmark, written content, and page layouts — is owned by Palconit Digital Marketing Services or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may share links to our blog posts and quote brief excerpts with attribution. You may not republish full posts, reproduce substantial portions, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

5. Third-party platforms and trademarks

References on the Site to Google, Google Ads, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Microsoft Advertising, and related products are for identification only. We hold Google, Meta Blueprint, LinkedIn Marketing, and Microsoft Advertising certifications, but we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a subsidiary of those companies. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

6. No warranty

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of information on the Site. Paid media results described in case studies or blog posts reflect specific client circumstances and should not be taken as guarantees of similar results for your account.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ppc.ph and Palconit Digital Marketing Services are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Our total liability arising from or related to Site use shall not exceed USD 100.

If you engage us for paid services, liability is governed separately by your Statement of Work.

8. External links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. Linking does not imply endorsement.

9. Termination

We may restrict or terminate access to the Site at our discretion if we believe these Terms have been violated. The provisions that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law) will survive.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes arising from Site use shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Manila, Philippines, unless otherwise required by applicable law in your jurisdiction.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date above will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
