Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how ppc.ph ("we", "our", "us"), operated by Palconit Digital Marketing Services, collects, uses, and protects information you provide when you use our website or engage our paid-ads services.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us directly

When you submit the free-audit form, subscribe to our blog, or contact us by email, we collect the information you provide. This includes name, email address, company name, website URL, primary ad platform, approximate monthly ad spend range, any message you include, and how you heard about us.

Information collected automatically

When you visit ppc.ph, we may collect standard server-level information (IP address, browser type, referring URL, pages visited) and aggregated analytics data through Google Analytics 4. This helps us understand how the site is used. We do not use this data to identify individual visitors beyond what is necessary to operate the site.

2. How we use your information

We use submitted information only to:

  • Evaluate and respond to audit requests
  • Deliver the written audit report to you
  • Send blog updates if you have subscribed
  • Reply to questions you have sent us by email
  • Fulfill our obligations under a client engagement, if you become a client

3. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their marketing purposes. Information is only shared with service providers strictly required to operate the site and communicate with you — specifically:

  • Brevo (Sendinblue) — for transactional email delivery from our contact forms
  • Google Analytics 4 — for aggregated site analytics (via Google Tag Manager)
  • Cloudflare — for website hosting and content delivery

If you become a client, we will separately request admin access to your ad platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Business Manager, Microsoft Advertising). Your ad account ownership, billing, and data remain fully yours.

4. Cookies and tracking

We use a minimal set of first-party cookies for basic site functionality and analytics. Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager may set their own cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings or install a browser extension that blocks them; the site will continue to function normally.

5. Data retention

We retain audit-request submissions and email correspondence for up to 24 months after the last interaction, then delete them unless we have an ongoing engagement with you. Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe at any time, which removes their email from our list within 7 days.

6. Your rights

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send requests to hello@ppc.ph. We respond within 30 days.

If you are located in the EU/UK: we rely on legitimate interest (responding to inquiries, delivering requested services) and consent (newsletter) as legal bases. You have the right to object, to restrict processing, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

If you are located in California: you have the rights described under the CCPA/CPRA to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as defined by those laws.

7. Security

All site traffic is encrypted in transit via HTTPS. Form submissions are transmitted over TLS to our email provider. We limit access to submitted data to personnel who need it to respond to your inquiry. No transmission over the internet is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

ppc.ph is a B2B service and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. International transfers

We serve clients internationally. If you access this site or engage our services from another country, your information may be transferred to, processed, and stored in countries where we and our service providers (Brevo, Google, Cloudflare) operate — including the United States and the European Union. By using the site, you consent to these transfers.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will change when we do. Material changes will be announced on our blog or by email to subscribers.

11. Contact

Questions, requests, or complaints about this Privacy Policy can be sent to hello@ppc.ph.
